I’m a UX professional dedicated to putting people at the forefront of every design and research initiative. I’ve led UX teams and crafted and delivered intuitive, impactful experiences and digital ecosystems at Fortune 500 companies across numerous commercial enterprises.
Before leading UX teams at Capital One in the Small Business Card and Risk & Compliance spaces, I crafted experiences and digital ecosystems at AKQA, where my client roster included Verizon, Delta Airlines, AARP, ADT, and Mailchimp.
I’ve traveled across the country and internationally, leading stakeholder design strategy workshops and conducting onsite user research studies for clients in various industries. I’m passionate about finding simple, elegant solutions that address user needs while achieving clients’ strategic goals.

In my free time, I enjoy baking, specializing in rum cake and decorated almond vanilla sugar cookies. (I often bring these treats into the office, adding a sweet touch to the workday and creating another delightful reason for my teammates to appreciate our collaboration!) I currently reside in Northern Virginia with my husband and our fluffy black super-mutt, Luna, who adds joy to our daily lives.
